I've purchased 2 items from DecorIsland.com in June 2010. The Order was delivered later than expected. One of the Items was in a wrong finish. It took enormous time to get Decor Island Customer Service to issue an RMA# and send me the Return Address. Since it's been (their fault) long after the purchase, they insisted on me sending the Item back ASAP, and I did. After the Item was shipped to the Manufacturer (Mountain Plumbing) it turned out that I had to wait for the UPS Label to be shipped to me before sending it back. In any case it is September 5, 2010, and I still HAVE NOT received a Refund.

I make lots of purchases on line. DecorIsland.com is by far the worst Company on line.
